Ali just GETS it. She's able to read the room, pick up on subtle nuances, peg someone's personality and how best to communicate with them. She has mastered the balancing act - never once did she drop the ball on the myriad of things that were happening in coordinating the sale of our one home and purchase of another. She operates with truthfulness, dignity and class - but also has a down to earth manner and great sense of humor. She started out as our realtor, and in that process, became a dear friend.

Alison is wonderful to work with. We moved from out of state and had tight time constraints for viewing homes and meeting our closing date. She made sure everything worked out seamlessly. Alison is knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond, which makes her an excellent agent.

Alison Plaiser was absolutely amazing. She worked magic and sold my dads house quickly. Her professionalism made dealing with all of this so much easier. With a booming Southwest Michigan housing market it took us 33 house showings and several out bids before we found a home and got our bid accepted. Alison stuck by us the whole time and kept us encouraged and never gave up. Within hours of houses going on the market she would call us and worked instently on booking appointments. She was a master of finding the exact houses we were looking for. Even in a competitive market she still was able to help us negotiate a lower price when some house we were looking at we were out bid by $10,000 to $20,000 over the asking price. My wife and I have purchased five homes over the years (and sold four). Our experiences w/ agents have run the gamut from excellent to frustrating. Alison (Ali) has been one of the truly excellent ones. In a nutshell, our experience with this latest transaction has been totally uneventful and stress-free, because we quickly became confident that Ali would just "take care of everything" in a timely and satisfactory manner. Clearly, that confidence was rewarded.

This was the best home buying and selling experience we have ever had. Ali was very flexible when it cane showing us houses and she really listened to what we wanted. She took the time to look for the features that we really wanted in our new home and she also paid very close attention to details during the showings that she took us on. When it came to selling our old house Ali helped us make the house staging very easy and she took wonderful pictures of the house. Ali was also able to schedule the closing of our new house a couple of days before the closing at our old house to give us enough time to move into our new home. This was the best home buying and selling experience my wife or I have ever had and if we ever have to do it again, Ali is going to be the first person I call!

Alison knew exactly what I was looking for in a property, including its location and that I wasn't looking to move until Spring 2018. However, the perfect property came open, she talked me into seeing it, I fell in love and decided to buy instead of rent which had been my original plan after selling my house. Ali was extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question that she couldn't answer, she always got back to me with an answer in a timely manner. Very accommodating and flexible with her time schedule.
